Tracy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) committed to helping her clients and their families learn how to build healthy strategies and coping skills to support the needs of those seeking treatment. Her work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs as a result of big emotions reacting to everyday stressors. Tracy has a range of therapeutic counseling experience and utilizes Play Therapy, Talk Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She provides treatment to clients individually or in a group setting both in the office and via telehealth. Tracy has earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from The University of Illinois, Chicago and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Illinois State University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker by the State of Illinois, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker by the State of Missouri, a Licensed School Social Worker by the State of Illinois, and holds a concentration in Community Administrative practice from Jane Addams School of Social Work at The University of Illinois, Chicago. She has over 20 years of social work practice in community, school, and private settings.
